1st ?microwave/ 2 ? parks with a person who is blind

we will be down next christmas 2011, i know the value resorts do not have them. Does anyone know if its a problem t bring a small one from home. One of the people that will be with us is blind and I was courious if anyone had ever been with friend or family member in the same condition.

Did they enjoy it as much as everyone else

what problems if any did you run into
