I could also see a Fantasyland with a layout like WDW. Have a more traditional castle courtyard that has whatever IP we want as long as they have a vague European tie. Then a New Fantasyland type areas with a mini-land or two. One for Olympus and Herc and Greek myths and then one for Asian mythology and Mulan.

Keep things simple, but give room for a very different vibe. Get some mythology in there, but don't go all in when that could be limiting possibly.

I was thinking one greek and one wintery,, but asian could be cool too

What if we did a Seasonal Fantasyland? Have different seasons with different rides tied into them?

I like that! Easy division of sublands with a clear thematic through line. But one that allows a lot of freedom

Yes. And lost in the woods is one of my favorite "prince" songs

The castle courtyard could be Spring, featuring blossoming trees, new life, etc. The further away from the castle you get, the further from spring you get. Could be a decent thematic idea

This is shaping up nicely I think.

Autumn could tie in the music theme that was brought up. Have a "Harvest Festival" going on in the kingdom with a bunch of musicians. That would cover the "Castle Festival Tent" trope from Fantasyland. And give us an excuse to do a new version of Mickey Mouse Revue (Or Steps in Time, but done well) and maybe a flat ride like Luigi's dancing whatever from Cars Land where guests can "waltz" to classic Disney songs
