I believe that Depp was not the right cast for Grindelwald but with the world unfairly and unjustly against him, it really does seem hard for WB to do this.

I don't want to say anything for certain because all we know is what has been released, but he seemed pretty much innocent and the victim and I'm shocked (again, just based on what we know publically which might not be all of it) that he lost the court case. Even more shocked he was asked to step down from the film. Between JK Rowling's constant stream of controversies and Exra Miller being filmed choking a girl in a bar, Depp seems like the least of their issues as far as risky cast and crew goes lol.

Just about the movies itself though: I'm one of the few Crimes of grindelwald apologists and think it improved from the first. The characters have a lot more personality and a lot of really interesting dynamics even if the plot can be kinda silly and dumb. And characters have always been what helps sell the Potter stuff for me. Depp I honestly really liked in the role and it felt like something really distinct from his usual roles. I'm curious to see who will replace him. Maybe they can just grab Collin Firth back haha

Hey! People who like Gravity Falls!

The Owl House is now on Disney+ and has a lot of shared people behind the scenes and a similar tone. A really strong show and spiritual successor with some intriguing darker elements and a lot of stuff hidden under the surface.

Also, it has been implied more than once that Eda is an ex-wife of Grunkle Stan from a Vegas weekend.

Quoting an old post, but I just wanted to say that I finished watching this show! I thought it was a really good show. There were a few story elements that I thought could’ve been better, but it’s a really fun show. Plus, the LGBTQ+ representation is great and I really hope they bring that more into season 2!

That Mando episode was...interesting?
I actually really enjoyed this episode. I thought it had plenty of action, and it was cool way to tie back into Rebels with the giant spider looking things. From the moment I saw what the child had eaten I just went oh no cause I knew where this were heading.

It was very Chamber of Secretisque, but the chase scene involving the spiders was great IMO.

The frog lady well I'm glad we got a reason as to why we hadn't seen her kind before, and she provided a few chuckles when she started literally fog jumping. I'm the biggest fan of her, but I found her much more likeable than the sheriff.

Once again the awhhhhh meter is through the roof with The Child, and me and my roomates all lost it at the end when he somehow gotten in the end.

I feel like the biggest moment was the ant creature playing Sabaac? Like why?? Looking further into it apparently his first appearance was last season, but eh don't remember him much there.

I'm currently in the process of rebuilding my Horizons recreation because of two reasons:

1. It's ancient. I built it almost three years ago and it's showing its age a LOT
2. The entire ride, queue, show building, basically everything was completely innacurate. I want realism.

Gotta admit tho, thats alot of damage.

Gonna need a LOT of flex tape to fix this hole 🤣🤣

I did not like this episode that much. It was definitely a filler episode which is not good in an 8 episode season. I would've let it slide if this was a 22 episode season, but that isn't the case here. Although I did like Mando being more of a father figure in this episode. It was very nice to see the whole parents loving and protecting their children aspect in the whole episode. I really hope the story picks up next week because this episode was a snooze fest.

I'm torn because this was definitely filler and I want more of an ongoing story, but at the same time these filler episodes are consistently my favorite. With it being a weekly show, I don't mind if 3 or 4 episodes are basically pure filler. The spider xenomorphs were creepy though and I don't even usually have an issue with spiders!

Side note: as fan of Kim's Convenience, it was nice to get the cameo from Appa at the end! Definitely recommend that show to anyone who hasn't seen it!

I agree - when we're now 1/4 through the season and the plot doesn't seem to be developing it just seems strange to me. I found myself bored halfway through, the dinosaur mom seemed sweet but the teases of Ashoka, Boba Fett, great characters from last season like Cara or Moff Gideon...are they only going to be in a few episodes?

And Baby Yoda eating ...babies? Just seemed very strange, I'm hopeful it picks up because this is reminding me of Clone Wars where the first half was basically unnecessary and the 2nd half of the season was 🔥

I know there are a lot of people who do YouTube here! If you do on camera stuff and want one of those Ring Lights for filming a lot of people use Walmart is gonna have one on sale for Black Friday starting next Saturday. It's $37 usually and is gonna be $20 on sale. Online and in store. Though you might need to do in store pick up if you buy online, but most stores have that set up to be super easy and low contact.

Anyways given Disney owns the Masked Singee (US) cause of 20th Century purchase, I have only one question. When can this cover from Masked Singer be immediately implemented into the parks.

Literally since I have heard this performance I go to it for an immediate laugh. Its so terrible yet so amazing. Rather you love or hate the performer they delivered a memorable performance to say the least 😂

I think 2020 will be the only year I put up Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving -- it's needed 😂
I keep them up all year round, and no its not because we lost our ladder and don’t want to get a new one so we just left the hard to reach garland up and around the mirror 😅

The earliest I decorated was in June 2019, albeit for Swinter party:

But in terms of full on Christmas trees I typically put it up when the clock strikes midnight leading into November 1st because I am obsessed with Christmas. I get ready for it year round, constantly hunting down new ornaments, and of course getting new ideas.

Ignore those drinking games you see on the table those were strictly for uh decoration for game night 😇
