Okay, here's my "please don't give me the axe" project. It's not great, but it's what I've got.

Ahab's
Named after the sea captain from the beloved Herman Melville novel Moby Dick, Ahab's is the biggest draw for those that desire fine dining in Harbortown U.S.A. Its facade resembling a colonial mansion, the restaurant's interior can best be described as "cozy", with paintings of New England landmarks and landscapes hanging on the walls, a crackling fireplace, and even some fishing trophies. To differ from the other dining locations in Harbortown U.S.A., Ahab's menu is less seafood-focused. Among the entrees you can choose from are steaks grilled to perfection, tasty pork chops, scrumptious soups, and pastas. For dessert, a number of selections are cranberry-based, a reference to New England's numerous cranberry bogs. Bon appetit!

Yeah, I'm clearly not gonna win this. I'll show myself out...

Are all the projects turned in (besides @b-wolf95)? I'm in the middle of an intense Donkey Kong Country play session with my sister but I'll be sure to get my feedback out as soon as I can. I messaged @mickeyfan5534 about a potential late night podcast but haven't gotten a response.
I think so. We've got five projects currently in (besides @b-wolf95 ) and six challengers. That should be all of them, besides the last one being held by mod approval.

I appreciate the sympathy. Why do I suck so much at Imagineering Competitions?
You don't. You just recently got voted into the Hall of Fame for Imagineering.

I don't enjoy nominating people I was forced into a decision of simply who replied and participated the most in the first round, which is tough when everyone participates

Your artwork in Sorcerer's Apprentice and consistent presence in these games and on the forums doesn't go unnoticed

Hey, don't get yourself down; you totally don't suck at Imagineering comps. You have done some great stuff in the short time I've been working alongside/judging you, and you totally deserved that spot in the Imagineering Hall of Fame.

We all have strong suits, and maybe restaurants aren't yours, but that doesn't say anything about your skill overall. You do some really stellar art. My advice would be don't get too down on yourself and instead challenge yourself on new things.

Maybe you don't know much about restaurants, but instead of getting down about it, check out some older comp projects and take inspiration from there. It's all about improving yourself. While none of us think that you suck at it, if that's how you feel and you want to improve, the best you can do is your best. We all believe in you and you've grown so much since you first started! Keep going!

To me these competitions have always been about building people up.

If that means posting a project super early in hopes that people will try to push themselves to outdo it *cough* ;)or if it means taking someone under their wing who is new to make sure they feel comfortable - whatever is needed.

We can have the drama and shenans but as long as it doesn't impose on people's belief in themselves it's all good. @Brer Panther you have support here and talent based on everyone's replies - don't think otherwise!

I appreciate the honesty and the fact that you still got something finished. I may be a newbie to the forums, but I know what an unfinished project looks like. Yours was definitely finished and I appreciate the work put into it.

Everyone has their missteps and failures. Lord knows I have had many on my Epcot project, but the point is, do you keep wallowing in self pity, or do you pick yourself up to fight another day?

This may have not been your best round, but I'm sure there will be many best rounds to come if you keep trying. We're all here to support, and in the end, it's all about fun. It wouldn't be a game if it wasn't fun!

Keep up the good work! 😉
