15 days...anything I should be doing?

We leave in 15 days and the our family is over the top excited! We have a very busy two weeks to keep us occupied and me busy. But unlike every other trip we have ever taken ever, I DO NOT want to be scrambling to finish packing hours before we leave. We are heading out at about 6.00 AM in order to make our hotel reservation in Gainsville FL (driving from KY). So I really don't want to be scrambling that early in the AM.
So what should I be packing now? Any other pre trip things I should be doing? Have some free time this afternoon while my babies (2 years and 4 months) are sleeping before my 5 and 6 year old get off the buss. This is our first trip with all four kids and our first with 3 kids that is over 3 days long. So I am really anxious about packing enough for all of our needs, clothing, etc..
Starting to get overwhelmed...in a good way though...I will take overwhelmed by WDW packing over just about any other type of packing!

I print out the free organizer pages on Touringplans.com and make myself a little book with all my info and packing list (a few months before we go). I usually personalize it with my favorite characters, etc. When I pull it out to check my schedule I've had people in the parks ask me where I got it. I'll usually make one for friends or family when I hear they're planning a trip to WDW. Have a great trip!

My advice is knock out your online check-in (10 days in advance) it makes things extremely easy once you actually get on property.
Magical Express? If so make sure you KNOW AND UNDERSTAND the steps. Very easy also a great way to keep from stressing and begin to soak up the magic.
Pack your clothes by days so your outfits are ready in the mornings once you get there.
SPACE BAGS!!!! This will help with space in your bags and also helps prepare for some souvenir space for the trip home. As well as cushion for valuables. We used space bags on the go. We got them at target. Best investment we made for the trip as far as packing goes.
Plan your days. Down to meals and times you will grab fastpasses. It's a pretty fun time everyone talking about how they want their days to go and all. Be aware of parade times.
Backpacks are GREAT in the park!! Take your own water. Ask for ice it's free it melts=water!!!

That's all vie got off of the top of my head! I'm sure your family is gonna have a blast. Take care of the stress before you take off in the plane. If you do ounce you get there it is smoothe sailing.

Thank you Thank you!!! Have all of the dining with ressie number, hotel confims (PORS and our hotel in Gainsville) along with the park hours and EMH all together and sent with DH to work to get laminted. Great Tip!

Many lists were made and heading to Target for the missing items....

Got the toilitries and sunblocks baby items organized and packed and many of the kids outfits (I am that Mom who dresses the kids in cooridniating outfits:goodnevil)...DH always packs a tool bag for any on the road break downs so he is working on that tonight...working on our clothes tonight.

Love the the tip about last minute things on the door, will totally do that with our lovies for the kids and dumb stuff like cell phone/money/extra key (we have doubled back before for the cell phones, thank goodness were only 10 mins out)
I made a paper chain with Mickey Scrap book paper for the kids to start doing at 10 days out...
We are doing the happy dance, WDW MAGIC thanks!
BTW My daugther's, 2 and 5 do the Daisy and Minnie hot dog dance from Mickey Mouse Club House as there happy dance:ROFLOL:
