I don't know, but I would bet money the 100 years parade stays... possibly with minor changes to get away from the celebration. I would think the Stars and Motorcars, and Jammin' Jungle Parade will stay as well.

EPCOT is a different story... their parade was already a salvage from the Millenium celebration.

nope... we (the former DMM cast) were invited to help destroy one of the floats after its last showing. I still have a side of the Finale Float (you know... the flowers) in storage somewhere.

The Share a Dream Come True Parade has nothing to do with 100yom, and this was done intensionally. The only referance to 100yom is in the opening speil by Julie Andrews. I believe the plan is to run Share a Dream for 5 years. And since it started on OCT 1st 2001, we still get to enjoy it for another 3 and half years. So on March 1st, there will be a new opening indrodution, but the floats, music and all that will still the same, as they have no referance to 100yom in them. The theme of the parade still makes since with the new ''Magic Lives'' theme, as this parade celebrates Disney movie magic.

Wait a minute Mr. Castmember. :)

You mean all those Walt look alikes pretending to draw Mickey in the Parade have nothing to do with the 100 years of Magic Celebration?

parade

oh please say it is'nt so...that parade share a dream come true stinks........the music was boring , the floats were the only thing that was good.. oh and the fact that we got to see lots of characters from all different era's not just the past 10 years.. i guess i'm the only one who really missed the magical moments parade. I admit the first time I seen it ,the dam song was in my head..all day long ,but then I realized that my husband and I went out of our way to see the parade almost every day of our whole week at disney....and my 2 year old goes crazy when she hears that song. ( we have it on our computer) well I guess all we have now is pictures and video of that parade.......oh well..am I the only one besides my daughter and hubby that misses and loved that parade?? I just think that they made to much of a commotion over share a dream come true.....i guess i thought it was going to be much better in person......oh well I still enjoyed disney...:(

How can you have a Parade that gives a tribute to some of the best and most loved Disney movies off all time and not put in a tribute to the man who was responsible for it all. As a director, artist, producer, he played a major role in alot of those early classics. Now i agree that they picked a parade that would complement the 100 yom celebration and it does, but had there been no 100 yom celebration, and WDW roled out this parade, no one would think that it was purley a didication to Walt. Its a parade that served the celebration well, but will do just fine without one for the next 3.5 years.

anyway its just my .02, but i can see your point just as well.

Yes, and by no means am I trying to say the parade could not stand alone... the Snow Globes theme has nothing directly to do with 100 YoM. And you are right as well... my point was friendly and vague at best.

I thought that the Share a Dream Come True parade was alright, but I've always loved the Remember the Magic parade and I really liked the musical theme. It's too bad they had to take that parade away, my whole family loved it, but oh well, in a few years there will probably be an entirely new parade!:)

Correct, this has been discussed here before. Tapestry ends March 1.

I really like Share a Dream Come True. I have it set so that the instrumental wakes me up every morning...it's such an absoultely positively posilutely absitevely wonderful score! And its message is so great to it being close to a point intangency.
