According to local news today if you are an Active-duty service member serving in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard you can book the $1 fares on JetBlue flights from Richmond International or Washington Dulles International Airport for travel to any nonstop domestic destination between Friday and May 31.
The tickets have to be purchased by May 6th.
Non stop flights offered from Richmond are to New York, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Boston. Non stop flights offered from Dulles are available to Long Beach and Oakland, CA, New York, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Boston.
How to book tickets
Call (800) JETBLUE (538-2583), option 4. Service members must purchase flights by tomorrow (or while supplies last) for travel between May 8 and May 31. Flights cannot be purchased online or at an airport ticket counter. Retirees, reservists and military families are not eligible for this offer.
