1 bedroom villas - All the same size?

Most interested in Beach Club Villas and Boardwalk villas. From the pics I've seen (and read online), it seems as though the Boardwalk villas are larger than Beach Club. Is this true? I read that Beach Club 1 bedrooms are about 726 sq ft, which is in line with the Wilderness Lodge Villas, whereas the Boardwalk villas are 814 sq ft. If this is the case, where is the extra space lost at the Beach Club? I'm just concerned about losing any living area that the kids use to play.

I know the kitchens at Beach Club are larger than Boardwalk, so, they could be encroaching on some of the the living room space.

But I didn't miss the space in Beach Club. I think it is dependent on the layout of the room. But, I did miss the kitchen space at Board walk. I felt like I couldn't move in their kitchen. I also think Beach Club has a lot more storage for your grocery items. We cook breakfast and include some fruit, cookies, etc and I like for all of those non-perishables to be put up in a cabinet.

BWV, BCV, SSR and VWL all share nearly identical room layouts. In my opinion the DIS numbers quoted above are more accurate than the numbers Kidd listed.

I've seen the figures showing that a BWV One Bedroom is 100sq ft larger than other 1Bs but personal experience just doesn't bear that out. I know that BWV has a handful of corner rooms which are larger than the norm due building design needs. The only logical conclusion I can draw is that the 800 sq ft figure for BWV represents the square footage of one of those oddly larger rooms.

Standing in the typical 1B villa at BWV, BCV, SSR or VWL, there is no discernible difference between the four.

not sure about exact size but i know that the DVC one bedroom villas in the jambo house at AKL, 1 bedroom villas at BLT and 1 bedroom villas at OKW are the only ones that sleep up to 5...if that helps
