Here goes:
09/22 - Arrived @ the airport @ 1:05pm and walked through the check-in line for the Magical Express in about 15 minutes then we stood in the line for the buses for another 30 minutes. I noticed that the Chef at the Resort checked the temp. of the hot dogs with a meet thermometer to insure the correct temp ( I thought this was really good ). Rode Mission Space with only a 10 minute wait @ 7:00pm. Had ADR's at Rose and Crown and had VIP sitting for Illuminations ( which was at the front of World Showcase ). We ended up with a table right beside the water and b/c it was raining decided to stay there instead. Food was really good. Karla was our waitress and had only been there for 3 days - the service was great. After Illuminations we stayed at the Rose & Crown for a little while longer and then walked around EPCOT the back way to waste more time - Great idea as no one is in the park and it is a great picture time.
9/23 - Went to AK. Everest had a 20 min wait. WOW what a ride. Ate lunch at Flame BBQ Tree. had the ribs and pork - not the best but they were ok. After lunch went back to Everest and rode it again. It was raining at this point but it was still awesome. Went on the Safari and both of the lions were out and a Rhino was in our way. There is a different narrator on the safari now. Went on the "Bugs Life" and were the last ones on and off the ride. Had dinner at Boma - atsmophere was great and the food was good as well. After dinner went to MK for the EMH. Rode Big Thunder Mtn and it is much better at night. Then rode the HM. B/s it was almost closing the CM let us ride it as many times as we wanted to without getting out (Rode it 4 times). The Ghost the ride in the buggy with you were not working.
9/24 - So far most of the rides have been 20 min. We were at MK again today. had lunch at Pecos Bill's - lunch was ok. There are 2 cranes outside of the Contemperary. Donald's Boat was closed for refurb. Had dinner at Tony's - asked for a table outside and was seated within 10 minutes of our ADR. Had a great view of Main st. Went to see Monsters Laugh - great interaction. After that we watched Wishes and had a great spot on Main st for taking pictures right outside Cassey's. After Wishes we walked towards Tomorrow Land and ended up talking to a CM. I asked about the Castle Suite and the Dream Fast Passes - he told us that it is completely random and the results are done by a computer. The Dream Team sit a room and wait for the results. Results could be the 3rd family with 1 boy and 1 girl or the 5th person to walk out of the bathroom near Space Mtn. We took our time and head back to the Castle for some great picture spots.
9/25 - Went to Sea World today but had ADR's at Le Cellier. Food was the best we've had yet and Service was Great as well.
9/26 - Spent the whole day at EPCOT - I noticed that the are building a new Bus Station. We had the "Behind the Seeds" tour at 12:00pm which was very cool. Had lunch at Coral Reef - the service was not that good and it was a bit noisey.
9/27 - Spent today at MGM - there's not a lot to do here but it's still nice. "The Art of Animation" is still my favorite. Had dinner at Hollywood & Vine - food was ok and it was very noisey. B/c we had dinner at Hollywood & Vine they gave us VIP viewing for Fantasmic - not the best seats in the house and we still like Illuminations and Wishes better.
9/28 - Woke up early and heading to AK - Got a fast pass for the safari and the heading to Everest which had a 150 min wait - the CM told us that they were having "Technical Difficulties" and that they did not know when it was going to be up and running. Walked over to the tigers are and noticed that CM's were touching up the paint in certain areas. Around lunch we headed to the Dolphin for a couple massage - very relaxing. returned to AK and went straight for Everest - had a 10 minute wait which was the time it took to walk through the line. Ended up riding it 3 times back to back. Had dinner at Yatchsman Steak house. - Food was also very good but not as good as Le Cellier. Service was not that good but decent.
9/29 - Went to Downtown Disney to do some shopping and then had to back to come back home
Overall - We had a blast. The Food was great and the DDP was well worth it (even though we got it for free it would still pay for it next time). The only thing about the DDP was that a lot of the restaurants were very noisey. The best food and service was at Le Cellier; Best atmosphere was at Le Cellier and Rose & Crown. We stayed at the All Star Music Resort but next time I think we're going to try the Animal Kingdom lodge.
