If they lower the cost they would actually increase the number of people that attend and are potentially unhappy. Can you imagine 3 hour waits for 4 rides? They simply can't lower the price even if they feel it's justified.

I sincerely hope they update the building to feature a trackless ride. It pains me to imagine how awesome a 'movie-themed' ride with the level of effects of Pooh's Hunny Hunt or Mystic Manor and the fact it might never happen.

The other option is for Disney to begin charging for any FastPasses like Universal does (ExpressPass). An additional $75-150 to cut the line all day. I remember reading that Disney felt that was too much of a class problem, so they went with something 'more fair.'

The problem is, if you lower the cost for DHS due to ride closure, you are likely to INCREASE attendance at the park with the smallest number of rides. Catch-22.
