Why when I called and spoke to a Castmember I was told I could not upgrade to CBR. Yet when I went on website (seriously minutes later) I was able to upgrade? Sometimes I wonder how much info the people on the phone truly know.

The band itself. Also when I put in Father in laws MB # it keeps saying something like please make sure Information matches with Resort ID. Which it does.

My MIL's magic band is numbers and one letter in the middle. I have done all of the steps for them but no luck. :( I feel horrible that my family and I are going to BOG and that I cannot get them onto a FP for a reservation

I would always test the hot chocolate before I give it to my kids. I just hate when I get any hot beverage and it takes forever to cool down to drink it. I also have 2 impatient kids LOL I can hear it now " can we drink it now, can we drink it now...how about now..." :rolleyes:

When most of you say strollers do you mean the big ones or just a umbrella stroller? Reading all of these posts has me really debating on what to do this trip! DS is 6 1/2 I feel he looks weird in a stroller.DD is almost 5 but when shes tired shes done and really would hopefully do much better...
