One thought in favor of the Boardwalk if you enjoy sitting outside on your balcony - some rooms at the Beach Club don't have one you can sit on. All the Boardwalk rooms have balconies.

You can also have a boarding pass printed at Guest Services in most of the parks. And we've had the concierge at most resorts print them for us, as well. Just make sure you have everyone's reservations and your picture ID

A few years ago, we asked them to hold up on the meats until we had our drinks, and they didn't come back! We practically had to chase them down to get some! I think they were going to get to us when they came by to see if other diners wanted seconds.

I understand, it can take a lot of time, and yep, time of year and time of day can affect the number of stops. Also, sometimes the buses to the AK stop at one of the water parks as well at some times of the day or year, so you could hit a double whammy

They may ask you to show proof of the reservation at the gate, so print it out, and don't count on being able to pull it up on your phone. Also, the lots could be full when you get there - it's happened. Then you may have to pay for valet parking

Not to mention those of us who are DVC and only get Trash & Towel on the fourth day - it helps to have liners to dump our garbage and cans/bottles without having to haul the whole container to the trash closet and back. Usually we drop if off on our way out for the day or evening

How about cook the food overnight in the crockpot, put it in the fridge before you go out the next morning, and reheat it for lunch or dinner? Then it won't be plugged in if security/housekeeping comes in

You can also try OwnTheMagic.com. They sell surplus hotel and park merch - I also got an old Boardwalk curtain, which had a stain on the bottom in one corner, but I was able to work around it and it's now valances for my living room

We always loved using Quicksilver (who can supply car seats if you need them) since you also can request a free 30 minute stop at a grocery store. The drivers are pleasant and efficient, and you get to stock up on water, snacks, and other beverages for your room
