Dinosaur and Tough to be a Bug

I am a huge scaredy cat when it comes to rides like Dinosaur, but I love going on this ride because it is very well themed and the dinosaurs scare you in a fun kind of way. I find that most of Disney's rides are too loud and so I always bring ear plugs to dull the noise a bit, and this cuts the...

    Frontierland Mountains walk-throughs at night?

On my senior class trip in '03, we went on BTM 8 times in a row without getting off! What made it even more fun was that everytime the train pulled into the station, they let us get out and change seats amongst all of us, we couldn't stop laughing. I would tooootally recommend skipping the...

Whats your favorite snacks/treats to eat at Disney World?

I really like the chocolate covered bananas, but my absolute favorite is definitely minnie's strawberry bars, HOWEVER, they must be the kind with the wax shell. There is something in that shell that makes it taste oh so good :slurp:

    Ohana's vs. Luau vs. Hoop-Dee-Doo

The Luau was terrrible. Bad food, boring show, 'nuff said. Ohana is pretty much dinner, a dinner with good food, but nothing really special in terms of dinner show. The Hoop de Doo Revue was sooooo entertaining, and if you're a meat and potatoes kind of person, you'll love the food...

Heeeelp! How do I get to Disney World?

My friend and I are going to Florida for spring break this year, and naturally, we want to go to Disney for a bit. However, we are eighteen :brick: , and if we flew down, we wouldn't have a car to get from her aunt's house in Tampa to the earthly delights of Disney. We really don't want to...

    Calling all hotties!!!

I went to PI and I'm only 18...did they change that rule or something? And meeting girls at PI is a fine idea...just watch out for the skanks...seems to me that the last time I was there (February) they had almost completely taken over Manequin's; writhing about and grinding on one another as...

Something you always say you're going to do, but don't

I always said that I would go on Alien Encounter...but I never worked up enough courage to go on...looks like it's definitely not going to happen now. haha. I too, like so many others, say that I will play a round of mini golf...but it's just never come to fruition...maybe because Splash...

Haha, I think there are a few people on this thread (who shall remain nameless) who need to put it on ice. Whether joesauctionsales is swindling the public at large or not is a moot point. What is important is that he has pictures and information which he is willing to share with all...

    Worst Disney Vacation moment

I usually go with either my mother or my friends, but last year for a very special occasion, I went with my entire family. Everyone was fine except for one of my sisters. She was cursing in line for the Pooh ride about how long the line was and how annoying little kids were, etcetera...

20,000 Leagues Under The Sea Drainage Photos

I remember reading a few threads a while back that speculated there were poisonous gasses and whatnot in the show building, that the props were rotting, and the catwalks were falling; basically the the entire builidng had gone to you know what. Judging from these pictures, it doesn't seem to be...

Why was "True Colors" replaced ?

I agree with DMC on this one. I always felt like that preshow was the closest thing man would ever come to being bored to death. Maybe it's just that I didn't like that song, it reminds me of Cyndi Lauper, whose voice reminds me of nails on a chalk board.

Space Mountain and Boma for sure...and just to make things different, how about both at the same time. Now that would be Disney magic :animwink:

    A little dangeroues (sp) ?

I once rode on RnR with my friend Glenn who is 7'2, and he claimed that his head grazed the "O" in the Hollywood sign. We asked the CM before hand if there was a height maximum, and he said he didn't think so, and let us ride. My friend may have been pulling my leg, but he wouldn't go on the...
