I was there late last week.
The steaks don’t really come with sides.
And the duck ramen i had was the only bad meal i had on the trip. The stock tasted like generic vegetable stock paste with a little Chinese spice & the noodles weren’t anything you really wanted to eat.
It may improve. I...
I took a date to the chefs table a couple years ago. As an executive chef myself & someone that seeks out adventures in dining around the world, I’d call V&A’s one of my top 10 experiences.
It’s expensive but honestly, in a bigger food scene (NY, Chicago, Seattle) you’d pay more. The service is...
These are two of my Disney World treasures. Both from Magic Kingdom. The Josh Agle piece is over 3’ square, signed & numbered and the Fulton piece is a signed & numbered giclee of 95 pieces. I also have a couple collectible mugs from Trader Sams.
I may be the only one to ever have had a poor time at Raglan Road. The service was embarrassing & the food was mediocre at best.

Have fun!

I started that evening at Trader Sam's and then headed over to Kona, where I was surprised to be able to get the Lapu Lapu.
To this day, I can't recall what I had for dinner.
Actually, the name comes from Maleficent's raven, Diablo.
@LAKid53 , it's very much a "duh" moment looking back. It had just never occurred to me you could OD on the stuff, let alone be so uncomfortable for so long after. I never said I was smart.
According to the packaging, I was under the maximum dose. I took 3 chewables at night and again in the morning for 3 1/2 days. They ended up turning my stomach into something of an acid bath. Everything I ate or drank just bubbled immediately (and painfully) into gas and bits. I was up for 3...
Sorry to dig a cold, dead thread from it's cybergrave, but does anyone happen to have a description of the actual cocktail that was served in the mug besides "a fruity drink with rum"?
Thank you
