This past August when I was at Disney Springs I don't remember seeing a lot of people in the Town Center stores with the exception of the Coca Cola store. However on the Marketplace side stores like the World of Disney were busy like they usually are.

I have had a WDW AP every year since 2008 and not once have I ever received any mail from them or the car magnets. Maybe they choose not to send those items to Canada which has been the only reason I can think of.
