I think I would point it more on the APs than Californians in general. It seems that every time I read an opinion article concerning DLR and "the locals", they always seem to want this and that. If the rumors are true, I truly hope that they use the space for this proposed attraction wisely. Space is not a luxury for this park.

The release the same day as "Revolutions" might actually help the film more than harm it. That film is rated R, shutting out most people under 17. If Brother Bear is the only film out that will appeal to families at that time, then it could be successful. A film doesn't have to be number one...

I was considering doing the CP a few years back when the had a presentation on campus. However, I heard that working as a CP really didn't make sense if you lived in the area since CRs get paid more and have more of a flexable schedule. (But less hours of course). I also hear CPs start at $6/hr...

Don't you guys think that a Florida annual pass is too much money? When you compare it the Funcard that SeaWorld/Busch Gardens has or the lower cost of the Universal passes, Disney's APs are quite steep in price. Of course, if I weren't working at WDW, I wouldn't have a problem with that...

I don't know if this is true, but if the "Grad Bash" is an after hours event", wouldn't they have to deal with closing the coasters down early? Since the park is SO close to a residental area, they would be forced to close them around 10-11pm due to a special rule. You wouldn't get THAT at...
