Thank you! I am going to keep trying but in the mean time, I made room only reservations at a value. We had to do two rooms because we have 3 children but it was about the same cost because I had a discount code. I'm just sad because we will lose our free dinning.

We decide to extend our stay by two days in September but when I called I could not extend our package. What are my chances of someone canceling and my being able to extend our reservation? Otherwise, I have to move to a different resort and do a room only.
