Just a heads up, if you plan on going on opening day.....there will be a pretty big line already formed well before park open. During a normal Star Wars Weekend, Guests line up at Studios the night prior, usually starting around park close. It will be much, much worse for the opening of STII.

Don't forget that there are also a few outdoor positions for this attraction. Having fitted costumes would just cost way too much when you factor in how many people are actually trained at a single attraction (full time, part time, seasonal, CP) and that cast members come and go at...

The cost to maintain an entire attraction's worth of costumes that would include light-up clothing would be ridiculous. Not to mention the problems that costuming would encounter when time comes to wash those costumes.

The entrance off of Buena Vista Drive has only two lanes for cars and one for WDW buses. Closing the entrance off of World Drive would provide logistical nightmares for the entrance off BV Drive. Not only would that entire entrance there have to be re-designed, but so would the entire BV Drive...

And then you run into instances where to keep a walkway moving, Guests need to stay on their left....not their right. MK does have good Parade Audience Control....it's really effective if people actually listen. :animwink:
