Which parts of toon town? I heard that Minnie and Mickeys Houses would be gone, is that true?

Please excuse my ignorace on this subject because you all see to be "in the know". We are planning a trip the end of November, how will this affect what we will see and what we will be able to ride? Will rides be closed? Will things be torn down?
