Hey, all! Yes, I'm still alive down here in WDW. Just dealing with the spring break craziness we had at GMR. But now it's over with and it's getting back to normal (well, as normal as it can be at GMR.:p) Anyway, I'm very excited that Jo is becoming a permanent member of the GMR family.

Hello all! Yes, I'm still alive. Just enjoying the craziness that is working at GMR, that's all. I've got 48 hours there next week (mandatory overtime, gotta love it). But my offer to give you guys tours through the movies still stands. And I'm sure Jo's offer does as well. :animwink:

Good evening, magic folks! Just been a few crazy days at GMR. Which reminds me, I now have a new personal best for total shows done in one day: 9 shows. I've also set a new personal best for most A shows (shows with the Bandit) done in one day: 5 shows.

Big hugs to Bunny. This cannot be an easy decision for you and DH. Although outside care for her may be the best thing. My grandmother was diagnosed with memory loss 10 years ago. My family tried to keep her in her home for as long as possible, even after my grandpa passed away in 2005, but...

Howdy, all! Back from another exhausting but very fun day at GMR. Wound up doing a total of 8 shows today, 6 of which were all before 2 p.m. (was at work until 7). Overall, good fun as usual. And big hugs to Disnut, Bun, and anyone else who needs one today.

Thank heaven I have not. There was an MK buyout by Grainger when I worked there, but thankfully I did not have to work that day.

True, but then again there are convention centers in many of WDW's hotels. Plus groups tend to buy out the actual parks at night for what I guess is a celebration as part of the convention.

Evening, all! Had a pretty good day at GMR, even with the ride being 101 for a good 3 hours today. Would have done at least 8 or 9 shows if that hadn't happened but I wound up only doing 4.

Big hugs, honey. And what is up with the GMR vehicles lately? Seems to me that more and more are being added to the "demon vehicles" group every day.

Wow, the DL Toontown does look amazing and so much fun. Then again, I'm a WDW CM so I'll just settle for our Toontown until it's closed then make a trek up to Anaheim.:p

Evening all! What a day it was at GMR. Ended up doing 5 shows today (3 with the Gangster, 2 with the Bandit). The 2nd bandit show was a last minute thing, as I finished it 15 minutes before I was scheduled to go home. And the icing on the cake today was: some of the audio in the Gangster scene...

We've got our own brand of craziness among our fellow GMR CMs. Don't we, Jo?
