Best Places To Eat In Magic Kingdom?

I'm a big fan of the Harbor House and Be Our Guest. My least favorite is Tony's Town Square.

    SSE WASTED SPACE

Agreed, it definitely was better, then they changed it to the touch screen thing, which really isn't overly exciting. Definitely a disappointing change, but it's not as bad as what they have done to some of the other parts of Future World.

    Coronado Springs - Standard View

Yeah, I think I may have been mistaken with the video, because the picture above makes a lot more sense. And you never know, we requested a building that faces another building on one side and the gardens or something on the other, so with any luck we may get that one. If not it's not the end of...

    Coronado Springs - Standard View

That sounds really nice. My big complaint with staying at Wilderness Lodge is if you get a view of the main pool, which is a great view, all you hear are the workers on their mega phones and loud music for whatever activities they have going on. I basically act like an old man and just want to...

    Coronado Springs - Standard View

Thanks, I wasn't sure of that. Seems similar to Pop in that regard. Definitely looking forward to staying there, the resort area looks huge and it all looks really nice. Just hoping to not get a parking lot view, which we did request to not have, so hopefully that room request follows through.

    Coronado Springs - Standard View

Hopefully we won't get the parking lot view, we actually put in room requests several months ago to try to get a view of pretty much anything but the parking lot. And what I meant but wasn't sure how to word was I saw a video of a room that showed two big glass doors that went out onto a...

    Coronado Springs - Standard View

Are the entrances to the rooms on the same side as the walkway? I mean, it's not a huge deal, but we have all the big plans figured out and scheduled, so now we are just thinking about little things like this. I looked it up and I can only seem to find interior photos of the standard view rooms...

    Coronado Springs - Standard View

Hi all, it is almost time to make my first trip staying at Coronado Springs. I have looked up pictures and all that good stuff, and am looking forward to staying there (it is a lot different than the other ones I stayed at from the Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge, to Pop Century). I just have a few...

Sup with these new ugly magic band boxes?

It does kind of ruin the presentation and fun of it some. I understand the argument that it isn't needed and is wasteful, but presentation is also important. Granted, it ultimately doesn't matter, but I recently got my magic bands and I was more confused why I had a generic box come in the mail...

Thinking Of Doing My First Behind the Scenes Tour...

True, good point, I'll have to call and see what is available, I would imagine the MK tour is more popular than the AK one, so with such short notice I may end up having to go with the AK one. I would actually love to do the Future World one because I have spent a large amount of time...

Thinking Of Doing My First Behind the Scenes Tour...

This one sounds interesting too. But I think for this trip I'll keep debating between AK and MK, then save this and whatever I don't do this trip for the next trip's debate since the World Showcase is one of my favorite parts of WDW.

Thinking Of Doing My First Behind the Scenes Tour...

Yeah, the value definitely seems like it is there for the MK tour. This was the one I was originally inclined to go to since MK to me is what WDW is all about. While I am conflicted, this one seems like it is the way to go (but then I read about all the animal stuff for the AK tour and that...

Thinking Of Doing My First Behind the Scenes Tour...

I continue to be conflicted. It seems you and everyone else says both tours are pretty good. The animal stuff sounds really cool, but so does the MK back stage stuff. They really are very different tours for very different parks. The good thing is, I shouldn't mess up by choosing one over the other.

Thinking Of Doing My First Behind the Scenes Tour...

I don't see the Discover World Showcase listed, but I think that's because during the flower show season they replace it with the flower show themed world showcase tour. The behind the scenes of Pirates and Haunted Mansion seems pretty cool, as does the parade stuff. I'm beginning to be swayed...

Thinking Of Doing My First Behind the Scenes Tour...

Oh, now that does sound interesting, I didn't realize it also did a lot of back stage stuff (I thought it was like a walk through the park, giving fun facts and stuff like that). Though, the five hours still seems like a lot, but good point about the lunch taking up time. And if I go for an...

Thinking Of Doing My First Behind the Scenes Tour...

But I'm not sure which one to go with, so I have a few questions. TLDR (though, it may be beneficial to read what is ahead): 1. Is the Backstage Tales tour worth it in terms of quality of the content? First, my girlfriend and I are going in mid-May, and her birthday is May 4th, so I want to...

Anyone else worrying that Pandora is lipstick on a pig?

No, but it would help. It won't get the same amount of hype as something like Star Wars land, which anytime something new is revealed it is on pretty much every website available, but this isn't nearly as well circulated. Like I said, I have no doubt they will do a great job making it look cool...

Anyone else worrying that Pandora is lipstick on a pig?

True, I think my dislike for Avatar and my preference for the fantasy theme is why I am still a little annoyed they went with the Avatar theme. No doubt it will look really cool, so that should be interesting, and it will give a nice addition to Animal Kingdom.

Anyone else worrying that Pandora is lipstick on a pig?

I'm just curious how popular it will be over time. Star Wars and Toy Story are deeply rooted in popular culture, but with the exception of the year it came out, nobody really seems to care about Avatar. I know 4 more movies are on the way, but even then, Disney itself will have more Star Wars...

We will need to call right? Tickets and hotel not linking together

You should be fine. I recently had the same issue (the hotel and park tickets were bough separately). I called Disney World's help center and they let me know all was fine, just wait until you are 60 days out and it will allow you to book the fast passes. They said it opens between 6:30 and 7 in...
