If they’re on stage now, they’re on show now. Yes, Dreams was hidden over quite the period of time although the more blatant items were quickly disguised from day one (the mist screen projectors spring to mind) although the castle projectors weren’t - albeit being more set back than these are.

Absolutely, but they’d better hurry up. The castle projector theming is top notch and very well done. Hopefully TWDC now having total ownership won’t cheapen this particular project, but I don’t know how well they can be hidden without a HK effect. As of this morning there’s still no theming.
