we were told by my coworker who went in october to stay at the all star resorts... the music one seems to be one that has enough room for us.. which would be better on or off property?

My fiance and I are hoping to take our 4 children to WDW in June of 2009. I have just begun to research and try to find trips, ticket costs and all of that. Where do I look for deals? Best places to stay? Do I fly or drive from Ohio? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! Brian
