Rumor Frontierland Shootin' arcade to close and replaced with DVC Member lounge

It was only a matter of when the Gallery was removed, not if. One day, Buzz will be removed for the same unspoken reasons. Any shooting attraction will be bad PR and result in some executives wanting them removed.

    Disney Destiny

Wait, the ship mascot is going to be Hero Minnie? Did DCL forget about a million hero character IPs that they could have pulled from? How disappointing.

Is the RCID plan even applicable any longer? It might give hints to what was planned, but with the district change... I wonder what that means for these plans.

Big River Grille and Brewing Works to close at Walt Disney World

I think that does it for Big River completely. Both Chattanooga locations are closed too. Downtown closed a couple months ago and the Hamilton Place location has been gone for a while.

Lightning Lane at Walt Disney World

The problem with FP+ was a crowd and capacity problem, not a customer problem. The people who knew how to use it mostly loved it. I know it keeps being said, but that video explains why it had to die when it did. Of course, more capacity could have fixed the problem, but there's not a problem...

Lightning Lane at Walt Disney World

Completely agree, which is why it was so surprising. I've not waited an actual posted wait time in a decade or longer. I think they're having a very difficult time smoothing out G+ arrivals and it's causing big disruptions in posted wait times.

Lightning Lane at Walt Disney World

Just spent 6 days in-park, Saturday though Thursday. While it wasn't completely packed, crowds were still heavier than I anticipated after seeing the stories concerning 'lack of demand'. I'd say most days were around a 7 or 7.5, when compared to the 10s of New Year's Eve. Posted wait times...

Lightning Lane at Walt Disney World

The real problem I see here is that no one will ever leave MK (or HS to a lesser degree) to hop to AK or Epcot if a multipark G+ was purchased. The opposite will occur and people will have even more incentive to hop to MK. Why waste the value when you've got MK G+ available?

News Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Permanently Closed Fall 2023

Am I missing something with the $2500? Double occupancy for a room is closer to $5000. So you'd have $182M as your floor for revenue if 100% occupancy was met every voyage. You'd might get to $200M with other purchases onboard.

News Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Permanently Closed Fall 2023

I'm going in July and I kinda dread the disappointment that will be lightsaber training. I gotta ask, could they not have used an actual laser emitter and put heat sensors in a 'training saber'? Commuicate with the emitter via bluetooth to turn the laser on an off with each deflection?
