    universal studios california fire

Yeh, thats what I reckon too. The white building is on fire. Either the white building or the grey one is King Kong, fox news weren't sure. It's actually a pretty similar area to the 1990 fire.

Yeh, looks like King Kong might be ok. The street scenes in that area are all away though, its just streets of nothing now. Not sure whats in that huge building thats on fire right now then.

Now the lead story on the BBC here in the UK. The fire looked like it was under control, but it looks like its just spread to a new building. It's massive - not looking good at all.

If You Are About To Go To Dlp - Don't Go!!!!

I'd keep at them. You deserve at least some of your money back. Threaten them - say you have had interest from the media into your story. As for DLRP, I've booked through Disney twice and had a great trip both times with no problems. I do feel sorry for you though. I'd hate for that to...

    How french is Disneyland Paris...?

Well I can't speak a word of french and we never had any problems at all. Everyone seemed to speak english, or at least enough engligh to get along. As for how many days you will need, I'd say around 4-5 days is probably best. You'll want time to do both theme parks, Disney Village, the...

Do the DCA sums add up?

According to this - http://online.wsj.com/article/SB119257768823361264.html - the original Disneyland expansion (car parks, hotels, downtown disney AND DCA) cost $1.4bn in total. So, how come the newly announced DCA expansion is going to cost $1.1bn? It's only going to see a few new...

Just back from first trip to WDW

I understand what many of you are saying. I get that the Magic Kingdom is older than the other parks, but I guess I was just used to how new things felt at Paris. As for what someone said about Cast Members at Paris, I would agree. All the Cast Members in Florida were nothing but...

Just back from first trip to WDW

Thought I'd share my experience from my first trip to WDW. I've been to Disneyland Paris twice before and really enjoyed it, so I was really looking forward to it. Firstly, the Magic Kingdom was quite dissapointing. It is much smaller than Paris and even though we went in September, still...

Are you allowed to wear t-shirts in the Disney water parks? I know some water parks let you, but ask you to take it off for the big slides - is it the same at Disney? Thanks!
