We have done both. I will never stay offsite again. I would rather not go than stay outside. We took our friend in 02 and stayed on site. He didn't think much of it. The next year he went back and stayed offsite. He now knows the difference.

we have gone several times in late oct. In 04 we went early oct and it was packed. Southern schools have a break around that time so you have to watch. Otherwise we love going for halloween. We went in 02 and the place was empty.

I forgot to mention how the one time we did use fastpass we still waited 45 minutes to get on a ride!!!! What the hell is the point. Test track had a 30 minute wait even for fastpassers the three days i went. At one time they stopped issuing fastpasses and the return times were like 2-3 hours...

Just go back and i have to say that it was really bad. Stayed at WL and i really think this resort is highly overated. The only good thing that happened was that we got a room with a good view of the lake. Every day we had trouble getting food at the food place because it is simply too small...

Been there twice in october and look forward to being there the 10th as well. On both trips the weekend was busy at mk but we owned all the rest of the parks going on rides in minutes!!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed at po fq twice and were considering it again for $ reasons on our upcoming trip. Since we had the extra money this trip we decided on wl. I love pofq and would highly recomend it. We really love the boat ride to dd.

I hear ya. I suffer from depression and anxiety and i get super depressed after my trips. Lately i have tried to plan other trips or my next trip well in advance so i have something to look forward too.
