We spend about $6000, includes meals, park hoppers, staying at a deluxe resort (during value season), souvenirs. (Disney only) Spent about $3000 on airfare for our family of 5 to get to Orlando from Hawaii. (We also do IOA, Universal & Sea World making it a 2 week trip.)

You could call me a Disney fan. Love the movies, some characters :D , LOVE the parks! :sohappy:, I could do without the wand though.....

Don't miss Space Mountain, they just refurbished it recently! POTC is wayyyy better at DL than WDW! You'll get to see Capt Jack too ;) If you go to DCA, don't miss California Screamin'.....great coaster!! :) Have a nice time!!

Avoid DL Memorial Weekend. We went the week before and it was DEAD! Absolutely no lines, perfect weather ;)

I prefer the value resorts. The transportation was not as efficient at our moderate resort :hammer:

They have a *Club Libby Lu* in DTD at Disneyland, similar to the BBB. My dd enjoyed that very much while we were visiting there!
