Well, it is finished. At the 4:30 minute mark I was put through. The process took about 20 minutes, including a time when the power went out in our house., knocking me off the internet. Luckily the power came back quickly. The call was less daunting than I thought.

My issues are different. If you actually offer unique characters, then maybe you should have them available to most runners instead of a quarter of the runners.
