Oh Em Goodness, they sure have!! I also used to love Lucky Charms when in was a kid... Several years ago, I got a hankering and bought a box. Nearly passed out from sugar overload. Lucky Charms never used to be sweet, the oat bits were like.Cheerios, and the marshmallows.weren't cloying...

Now I have the Banana Splits song stuck in my head. Edit: what they seem to call the Tra La La Song. Loved that show!! Was never a fan of Frosted Flakes, so no mail away 45s for me. I was an Apple Jacks girl. 😎

I got the blue at breakfast, the yellow at lunch, and now just before dinner figured out the other two.

I'd sooner have to put on a light jacket than lay in an ice bath because its 100 degrees (37C) outside, like it was on Tuesday. (I didn't really lay in an ice bath, just stayed inside in the AC, but I hate AC)

58 degrees F (14C) here in NY this morning. Quite refreshing!

That is a lot going on. Mine is just lavender, I'm pretty sure. I'd give anything to fall asleep quickly. My sweetie has that ability, but he also snores like a cement mixer.

Capilano was amazing!! Edit: Butchart Gardens were also AMAZING, could totally see how they inspired World Showcase Canada's Victoria Gardens. The ferry across to Vancouver Island, where the Gardens are, was also exceptionally cool. We got a rental car when we disembarked, and went straight...
