Well, it's nearly him! Apparently, the Mayor figure was created using the same mold as the Dreamfinder character. This happens again in the ride as the 'ticket seller' was cast using the mold of the skeletal hitchiking ghost in the Haunted Mansions. ;)

A Mickey on ice show, like they sometimes have up and down England. Basically it's just all th Disny characters on ice skates, but it's supposed to be pretty good!:)
