It’s weather. It’s highly unpredictable. Sometimes things just happen with no one to blame.

    San Angel vs La Hacienda

Ribeye tacos were excellent. I too have not been all that jazzed about their past offerings. This was the first time I was pleasantly surprised.

    Make a ride

A mobile Alien Encounter. He not only breaks out of the tube but he chases you on a rover type vehicle on Mars. Heck if there’s a need for an IP aspect you can have wall-e and eve save you at the end.

What's deflated your WDW enthusiasm the most: Pandemic or Genie+

As someone who has been going for a while I believe some are being rather nostalgic and remembering what never was. I look back on pictures from trips in the late 70’s and early 80’s and notice how empty the parks were. That was simply because the average family could not afford it. We were the...

Breakfast? Thoughts on Trattoria Al Forno?

The GF cafe offers a nice sit down breakfast as well.

Post your old classic WDW keepsakes/souvenirs

Post your old classic WDW keepsakes/souvenirs

Have a a lot more but this is the most interesting. Lots of stuff from the 1976 Bicentennial, old Epcot logo puzzles, Disney dollars, even something from the Ford pavilion at the 64 worlds fair. My favorite is the leaf from the tree of life.

Was Disney World better years ago? Your thoughts.

I would also say yes and no. I think Epcot was better. For me, it had a world‘s fair feeling, optimistic, bright. Even the pavilions reflected this with big wide open spaces with huge windows that let the light in. Crowds were less. More entertainment. Lake Buena Vista was charming, peaceful...

What would be your splurge merch purchase if money was (sort of) no object?

One of the pricey lightsabers not that i would have much use for it. I also am an experience guy. I’d rather do a fireworks cruise or V&A. We splurged on massages once which were like $350 if I remember correctly. There was one year where we were in the studios in October and it was just one of...

The fire in the pirates. It’s cheesy but it works.

    Magic Bands vs…?

You have to be careful. Some of the older generation bands don’t work so well. I learned this the hard way last month. I used an older one but my family had used newer ones so mine didn’t always work on the room door. I didn’t even realize when I grabbed them that some had a different shape.

Let's have a bit of a laugh. What restaurant do you secretly enjoy that everyone else thinks you're nuts for?

I have a weakness for the breakfast buffets. Yes the Mickey waffles are from a box, yes the scrambled eggs are dry, (and Mickey shaped now as well)and yes the bacon is paper thin but I still love them. I just really wish the coffee was better.

    Resort decision- delux or moderate

Beach club. Location, pool, nice theming, proximity to a lot of dining. Think of all the restaurants that are just a 10-15 minute walk from your hotel.

WDW Food Pictures Of The Day Part II

Ok. You know better than me. Agree to disagree. And no I don’t work at Applebee’s. Don’t think they serve rib anyway. Too expensive.
