    Not exactly I am from south Carolina, which is only about 6 hours from WDW. Yes the weather feels great in october, but it is in the thick of Hurricane season. You will need to watch for hurricanes. But that shouldn't be a problem because you will have an advanced warning.

    Start at the Back Even though this is a repost, I will make a suggestion. Go in the morning and start at the back of the park and work your way up. Most people start at the front and make their way forward. You might be able to skip a few lines that way!

    May I recommend Cape May at the Beach Club resort? it has a great buffet. They even have a buffet just for kids. It has hotdogs, pizza, chicken fingers, ..etc. Plus for WDW Cape May is reasonably priced. Epcot is very close. It is just a very short walk to Epcot's 'back door' at the world...
