@XDan - we went to DLR in March and came back with exactly the same feeling as you (right down to Napa Rose, although the Signature dining restaurants at WDW are still superior). Now if only DLR could de-pink its castle and make it grow... (I keed, I keed...) I also loved the MMA references...

I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed for something, ANYTHING between July 25th and the first week of August. We're getting married in WDW during that time and it would be really great for our guests to get a great deal on their rooms... At least that way, maybe they'll stop complaining...

Info from someone who is currently planning her WDW wedding (July 2009) - they don't allow you to get married in front of the castle anymore. If you insist on getting a quote, it's somewhere around $500K and can only happen at very limited times of the year, when the park closes for all guests...

That's interesting - the only reason why we're going to WDW during that week, as opposed to the first week of May is because we got a RIDICULOUS deal on airfare ($250, round-trip, direct flight to MCO on Air Canada). This led me to believe that it was a good time to visit. Stupid Air...
