Yes it is all inclusive, Also go over to the adult beach (if you don't have children) the food is really good over there. The Mahi Mahi was out of this world, real soft ice cream, not ice milk like on the ship, we loved it at the adult beach. Only about 5 couples there. Best time on the cruise.
