We went to DHS this afternoon and they had just reopened the parking lot at 4pm. MK was also at capacity at the same time. Did not get a chance to see the other two but at least 2 were closed up and wait times were in the 60 (Star Tours) to 150 (RNR and Toy Story) minute range.

Actually throughout the Holidays they have been using it to say Happy Holidays/Seasons Greatings etc. in the languages of the World Showcase. They project them on the ball when Illuminations is over.

When I got to Splash Mountain it wasn't there so I dont think it was for that. Also it wasn't in the direction of the parking lots. It was a REALLY big black with yellow top section crane and it was being used (moved several times while we were eating). Odd huh?

Hey quick question. We were over at the Kingdom on Monday (the holiday) and in there is a very large construction crane visible in the Adventureland/Frontierland area (at least it is that direction when we were sitting at the bakery area at the end of main street. Anyone know what it is...
