Between the Unloading, and Loading Stations

The other night during MNSHP, I was allowed to stay on the vehicle for a second ride around. The short hallway was nothing impressive, just a black tube.

Disney Dos and Don'ts from AOL

Also, notice that they got the tips from Travel and Leisure Magazine. That magazine caters to the upscale traveler, so I can see them recommending a guide, deluxe resorts, etc. Still, I'm not made of money so I do my own legwork and cater my vacation to my needs and means.

Disney to open a new Theme Park in Cyprus

That doesn't sound likely at all since Paris still needs work to turn fully in the black. The only thing that I would think that would fit is putting a DVC there, but I don't think that's likely considering the economic climate.

Toy Story Land for the Walt Disney Studios in 2010

I think that if they open a Toy Story Land they should put in Midway Mania. It's the signature attraction for a Pixar area.

    Cybrolator

I don't know exactly what the Orlando ones are but the Chicago cybrolator mechanisms were made by Otis.

    Cybrolator

They are customized elevators. The mechanism is stock, but the cab is custom. The motion is sync'd with the movie and there are transducers in the floor for the vibration.

I met Al Weiss at WDW!

Just a small correction, Al Weiss is the president of Disney Parks and Resorts Worldwide Operations, not The Walt Disney Company. Bob Iger is the CEO of TWDC. I think the man on the far left is Phil Holmes, VP in charge of the Magic Kingdom. I'm not 100% sure since he's making a face and I've...

    log flume system

Actually, Splash mountain has a rail system on the big drop. There are two u-channels on either side of the flume with the openings open towards the boats. There are a set of guide/load wheels below the waterline and when the boats drop, they slot into the rails. This way, when the boat...

    DQ Chicago

Not really. Since the DQ cast were not issued WDW ID's they could not participate in WDW specific discounts and such. Generally, the privileges were comparable, but with subtlety different. The differences are like the ones that ABC, ESPN or other branches of employees of the Walt Disney...

    DQ Chicago

DisneyQuest Chicago was located at 55 E. Ohio. It was one block west of Michigan Avenue, behind the Marriott Hotel and across the street from Heavan on Seven and the movie theaters. DQ cast were considered cast members, but were administered from Burbank CA as part of Disney Regional...

What's your favorite ride to go on after dark

Front row on Everest at night rocks. You can see the other parks lit up when you are at the top and the ride up the first lift gives you a wonderful view of the Tree of Life under stage lighting conditions.

    So-long stupid Noodle Station!

It seems to me that this is a response to the Free Dining Plan promotion. Remember earlier when they turned El Pirata y El Perico into a buffet? By making the Tommorowland Terrace a sit down location, they can respond to sit down meal guests and utilize the area more efficently. Makes...

    Professional WDW Careers

As with any orgainization, it is preferable to know somebody in the organization to help you out. It is often quoted that 80% of all job offers were initiated from networking with people within the orgainization.
