Water. Save the bottles and refill them often (the water is fine!). Have a few baggies of non-crushable (or crush resistant) snacks in there too, like graham cracker sticks, fruit snacks, etc. Throw some wipes in a baggie, and grab a handful of the brown mickey napkins at the first counter...

The wait times for test track are always insane, at least whenever I show up. I stood in that queue ONCE, and I wanted to rip my hair out after listening to the click clank music for two hours. FAST PASS, here I come!!! Another good time to go is right before illuminations starts, because...

Just don't go to the magic kingdom. Spend your time in epcot and the studios. My experience is that during the crowded times, mk is a nightmare. but that's just me. If you go early, I'm sure you can enjoy it until about lunchtime. Also, take advantage of the magic hours if applicable...
