Got 2 weeks at the start of September booked, I’ll 100% be moving it ! Unfortunately that’s not what we want to do but I don’t think the full cost will warrant the experience for those travelling with us for the first time !

Flew both upstairs and downstairs and absolutely loved the excitement of seeing it. Telling my little one the place was a double decker made the journey a touch more adventurous !

I’ve cancelled my package and taken a voucher to rebook later on in the year to travel late 2021. Hope everyone else gets the result that they set out for ! I believe I’d be safe if I went this year but 100% of the price for 50% of the magic really isn’t worth it IMO.

I’m ditching the plans until next year, when next year is still to be decided ! I can’t force my 5 year old to wear a mask in that heat every day in the parks, especially when their usual temperature in sunny South Wales ! I’m hoping there would be a more relaxed atmosphere next year instead...

You and me both ! I’m in the same boat, flying in Sept but going to reschedule. I won’t find out next years annual leave entitlement until December though which makes it a bit harder to find out dates but I’ve got a plan or two in my head.

People want a definitely not a maybe but I’m sure they’ve already forecasted a date, factoring in staff training and so on, accounting for some bumps in the road.

Virgin have sent out an email to a relative, who is flying out of LHR to say they will be in touch with other changes but nothing to myself flying on a plane that is now out of service from an airport they aren’t using...I’m sure it will all come...

Gatwick only accounted for a very small percentage of operations but still a blow for workers and customers alike. I fly with Virgin so the impact doesn’t hit home as hard as it would for others.
