My guess is that maybe the sea monster float got destroyed in an accident so they had to make a new float and they made it into a crocodile.Or maybe they changed the floats around the time of the Tencennial.

The Crocodile was put in sometime in 1982.Originally there was a Sea Monster that looked like an eel. You can see it in this video:

Do any Walt Disney World experts know why the Sea Monster float was replaced by the Crocodile in 1982? Any help is appreciated.

I was wondering if anybody has any pictures of the Barker Parrot in his original location at the "moving gangplank" before being moved outside.

It had nothing to do with the audio,it was the programming of the birds.

Sure.In the "Tiki Tiki Tiki Room Song" Michael sang the line "And the flowers croon" as well as the lyrics about the macaws and toucans while at Disneyland it's always been Pierre.Second,in "Let's All Sing Like The Birdies Sing" Pierre and Jose both did the Bing Crosby and Maurice Chevalier...

I've been reviewing several old videos of Tropical Serenade and I've noticed some strange quirks that aren't seen in Disneyland's show and I was wondering if there is anybody who could help me out.
