    I think because there is no quick fix here it's just going to get worse. I have ideas of where I would start trying to turn this around, but they won't be willing to lower profits and take on expense to do it.

    And the tipping expectation that goes with it is out of hand as well. 15 years ago when I was tipping 20% at WDW I was considered a big tipper. Most were only giving 15%. Now the food priced has doubled and they "expect" 20% and suggest 25%. The food cost including tips for our 2022 and 2023...

    Never paid for the dining plan. Did like "Free Dining" though, When it was the full dining plan not the QS chicken finger plan.

    Free dining isn't moving the needle because they are trying to pass off the QS chicken finger dining plan as free dining. They need to offer full free dining at Mod resorts like they used to.

    One pre booked ride isn't good enough. It needs to be 3 to fill rooms.

    They also need to be careful how much they hold back from pre-booking. If resort guests booking 7 days out can't get what they want people will be calling screaming at them wanting to cancel their reservations.

    We live in what I call the "entitlement generation". This type of entitled expectation is common place these days. Unfortunately businesses need to plan accordingly.

    I think part of this is they need to fill rooms. They have taken away all the good perks for staying at an overpriced Disney resort. The 7 days out booking is a huge perk. Also IMO the type of people willing to pay the cost of staying in the Disney bubble like to pre plan. They liked booking...

    I think they hit the wall for onsite guests. They have been slowly taking away the perks of staying onsite for years while at the same time raising the prices. Now the resorts are empty and they are scrambling to come up with ways to fill them.
