I disagree. I don't think Soarin' will impact the peaceful quality of this area. Noise from Test Track is the reason the other side seems more hectic. Plus the line for Test Track always extends outside. Every planter has round corners on the land side and water features, something missing...

Someone mentioned that AT&T is dropping their sponsorship. This is true, and Disney likes to remove promotional references as soon as possible after a contract ends. There are many references to AT&T in that post show area. My guess is that we have nothing new here - just removal of logos...
