A 5th gate is a terrible idea until both DHS and Epcot are fixed. Obviously DHS is on the right track now, but Epcot has a loooong way to go with no major redevelopment in sight. So a 5th gate should be like 2025 at the very earliest. 2030 is more when I think WDW might be in the right shape for it.

They should add a Marvel land and between that the Pixar and SW attractions just call it Disney's Subsidiary Studios (Adventure).

Yes, but those are the only Pixar properties that continually sell merchandising out the wazoo for Disney. So it's certainly no mystery or coincidence as to why they're the two they want to use so much in the parks. As for the frontierland expansion rumor, assuming they don't go all toy story...

Well the name change is obviously to accompany the overhaul we all know is coming. It's just how much are they actually investing in that that's the big question. Honestly the park needs a DCA sized budget overhaul, but I highly doubt it gets that. Probably 500m realistically.
