Well bringing a movie into ride form isn't unique, and frozen is getting another attraction (possibly a land) in Tokyo DL, so it's likely to come to all the D parks

The autopia/subs/motor boat area would become arendelle as part of a Fantasyland expansion plan (which has more than just this in store)
