I know Disney released one music track on the WDW official album, but why can't they release all of Test Track's music?

For me it would be when Test Track went down 7-8 times in the span of about 4 hours.

I just found out that the original elevator in Centorium (Now Mouse Gear) has been walled off. Does anyone know where it currently is? EDIT: I also found that the second floor still exists, but is used for storage and offices. Is that true also?
