What I've done as we have AP's, is buy the AP to the water parks only. It's around $100 and is cheaper than upgrading to the premium AP. Ive found you can only buy it at the water parks.

I would think it would slow down the crowds trying to get on and off the monorail. Thinking of the TTC, the cast members seem to be more worried about getting people to move and fill in the space to board and be ready for the arrival of the next monorail.
