Call me crazy, but I actually like the new FP system, you just have to know how to take advantage of it. In MK last Friday, my mom and I used 13 FP's and got on all the headliners with no waits. We would have never been able to do that on the old system.

I am also a teenager, and I have to drag my family on it whenever we go, they say it's only good for a nap.. :rolleyes:

A very small group of people. All I'm trying to say to you is that Gravity Falls has a very, very small chance of ever coming to the parks.

But in 3, 4, 5 years, is anyone going to remember a Disney Channel show that lasted only 2 seasons? I don't think so..

Considering that Gravity Falls is already off the air (correct?), I would doubt an investment in the parks would be made for the IP. Also, Disney Channel shows all have very short shelf lives of popularity that wouldn't translate to the parks tbh.

It was very bittersweet riding GMR, ToT, and UoE today possibly for the last time. :cry:

Probably all of the views of the inside of the human body. I never rode it, but it would probably make me sick as well.

I am not a huge fan of the "screenz" compared to physical sets, but the fact that anyone could compare it to watching tv is ludicrous. Screens add immersion and actio that just can't be created by AA's, and I would bet anything that screens are not going the way of the dinosaurs in theme parks.

It makes perfect sense, therefore it will never happen..

I would assume they would want a WIR ride to come out around the same time as WIR 2 goes into theaters..

Honestly, I just hope they dump GotG into Stitch's old building and get it over with instead of ruining ToT or Energy. TL is already a huge mess, so why not?

@marni1971 is there any chance that after all of this mess clears up we could keep the GMR and expand elsewhere, or has that logic ship sailed?

We can wish, but I think that ship has sailed unfortunately..

If poor guest surveys actually matter, how come we still have Stitch? :p

Even though I love GMR, I would sacrifice it for a Mickey ride in a heartbeat. I would prefer it didn't have to replace anything and the GMR could have been updated, but that's probably asking for too much nowadays.

The film may not be for you, but I'm not sure how you can say it's awful when it currently has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes..
