got some new running shoes yesterday.. , got hoka's so had to take them on a test run this morning... -- did 4.49 this morning .. - bringing me to a total for the year so far to 218.52

it looks like we will have more parkinglot to run though before we reach the ticket and trasporttation center... we will see how it goes!!, maybe they can put more characters out there .. bc all they had out there ws launch pad!

On sat . me and my cuzins husband ran 2.02 miles during mt . runs in Piegon forge tn . with a pace of under 10. all while getting chased by dog... , on sunday I walked with my aunt for about 1.40 up steep mountians ... it was fun for me bc i counqured the mountains... , all in all putting...

ilove night time . sunset walks / runs .. bc of the beauty and how it feels . with that said walked 1.43 with the Parents tonight!.. brining my totla to 210.61 for the year so far..

very hot but beautiful day for a run... , started out walked a few with dad then Ran 4.34 , brining my total for the year so far to 209.18... can i break 300 by christmas!:)

nice pics , and yes so true about the haunted mansion breaking down .. , bc every time we have rode it its broke down at lest once... it has becoming a running joke with me and my dad.. , this past time we rode it , in jan .. we both said something about right after the Madam leota scene and it...

Marathon weekend --- Jan. 7-10 , 2016

so ive been underweather , summer sinus crap ... i guess , but i needed to run today even though my body didnt feel like it... but I did 4.03 in my new disney half marathon training shirt ... and breaking 200 miles this time .. 204.84 for the year ...

well a beautiful muggy day to logg 200 miles for the year .. so i did .. posting a 5.34 ,, muggy bc a storm was moving in!- but 200.81 for the year and its not even summer yet! ;)

since its been raining alot lately ... i decided to submit my proof of time to disney today so we will see what corral i land in this year. - in 2014 I ran cotton row in 50:03 and submited it that year and got in c corral so let do this !:geek:

lets just say this report will be Odd , bc so many first this year. lol .. so lets get started.. this is the 36 annuel cotton row run In down town Huntsville al. , but again.. they said it was suppose to rain but again we managed to dodged the bullet on that. so it was a nice morning... and...

cotton row 10k this morning ... --- humid.. bc it was suppose torain .. but it was overcast.. -- look like it was going to rain when we got done.. - but 53:05 , and good for 467th overall! .... and they delayed the start for about a hour bc a tree fell on the course and they had to clean it...

just walked a 1 mile with mom!.. nothing to wild .. got a 10k coming up on monday!.. - looks like it might be a hot one! - oh joy! 189.45 miles for the year!

another early start .. walked some with the parents then ran a 10k ... 6.10 with a warm and toasty 73 degrees... - brining my total for the year to 188.45 and the month of may 24.82

erly start again today.. kinda like the early starts ... beats the heat and the rain .. , but did 4.33 held it to about 10 pace wise until the last mile coming back home .. .. but have a race next Monday! .. so lets do this!-- I should break 200 miles by the end of this month!:). im at 182.35 now!

finally got around to ordering the limited edition run disney training shirt today!! . luckly i looked at it . bc i was going to order in the morning but today was the last day to order them!
