I have not had a chance to see or witness this, but the video on the Disney blogs was awesome. To me it is these simple things than are done that are magical. I also enjoyed the interecaction from the CM.

Have you ever read the book Creating the Magic? by Lee Cockerell, he was exe at Disney and the book talks about the expectations of having the visitor happy. Well I think they need to hand that book out to of the staff. Sorry getting off my soap box.
