Our plans may now find us with some time to make it over to MK on 12/30 — as APs staying off-property, what are our chances of getting through the gates if we arrive by, say, 6 or 7PM?

When I went to finalize my reservation it already had the show time displayed before the package was fully booked. We actually changed the aforementioned Biergarten ADR to a little earlier in the afternoon and the show time changed from 8:15PM to 5PM.

That's pretty accurate; it looks to be taken from the corner of the balcony closest to the plaza. There's a door from the restaurant itself directly out onto the balcony, but that side is going to be a bit more obstructed by landscaping and the Torii gate. We've dined there many times and our...

Has anyone stayed near DS recently that has any updates on this? We're going to be off-property at the Delta on Apopka Vineland, but with the walking path to Springs I was hoping to put in a few early morning miles if the property will be accessible.

BoardWalk first thing in the morning, with a cup of coffee, the quiet stirring of the resort coming to life, and me constantly unpacking and tweaking the itinerary for the park day ahead. Perfection.

I did include them: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, DHS, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Disneyland Park, and California Adventure are the only actual parks. If we include Disney Springs and Downtown Disney (guest areas), that gets us to 10. If they're counting the lands *within* each park...

I'm embarrassed I don't know this, but does the show run every half-hour throughout the day, or just to coincide with Voices of Liberty performances? I'm penciling in the first VoL show of the morning on Thursday with the assumption that the AA refurb's debut will be right after.

You don't need a FP for Illuminations, but it's worth it for Fantasmic! - in any case, don't make them your first three, but rather check back in the app after you've used up your initial FPs to see if there's additional availability left (there often is).
