Is the Tower of Terror being taken over by the GOTG?

Let's hope the one in WDW doesn't get touched. It's perfect as-is.

Soarin' Expansion and new Soarin' Around the World film

Love the fact that they'll be going to different scenes around the world, but do NOT like that they're also redoing the score for the ride. They should have left well enough alone.

    Your longest WDW trip

What is the longest trip you have taken to WDW where you stayed on-property the entire time? I think mine is maybe 8 days/7 nights. I see posts every now and then of people planning 10 day or 2 week trips and can't help but be jealous - although by the last day of our trip we've seen and done...

How would you make your least favorite attraction even worse?

One of my least favorites is It's a Small World, which could actually be made worse by having "Stacy" animatronics throughout it. (She's that really annoying girl that does those "10 best rides in WDW" videos and so on that play on those WDW resort tv channels.)

Your favorite PARTS of WDW attractions...what are they?

This isn't a "what is your favorite ride" question, but out of ALL of the attractions in WDW, are there any particular parts of those rides that you just really can't get enough of? For instance, I love Space Mountain, but in particular on the right hand track there's a moment towards the end...

Fountain and bottled drinks price increase at snack and quick service locations

Are they at least throwing in a coupon for a free proctology exam to go along with these price hikes?

What ONE ride in each park could you ride all day long?

If you were going to do some weird thing just to say you did it, and spend an entire day in each park only riding ONE ride the entire time, what would it be? For me: MK: Space Mountain Epcot: Test Track DHS: Rock n' Roller Coaster AK: Expedition Everest

Everyone's Best and Worst Dining Experiences?

In each park, Disney Springs, and resorts...... MK: BOG wasn't there on our last visit. We usually just do quick service meals in MK, so BEST is probably Cosmic Ray's. WORST was probably Tony's Townsquare Restaurant. Everything about our meals was bland or just not good at all. EPCOT: BEST...

When you visit Walt Disney World, do you purchse one of the Disney Dining Plans?

I do - if we're getting another great deal in another part of the vacation package. Otherwise, I tend to book the package that includes "free dining" thrown in. My wife and I love the DDP, it works so well for us and gives us the opportunity to eat in places we never normally would.

What type of hotel do you prefer?

Have to go Deluxe.....all the way. They're the best themed, have the best locations (generally), and feel the least like those cheap Motel 6's (like the Value resorts). I made the mistake of going Deluxe from the beginning, then later trying out a moderate to save some $, and the difference in...

Animal Kingdom Lodge or Wilderness Lodge

Depends on whether location is a factor or not.......to the Magic Kingdom, that is. If so, then Wilderness Lodge all the way. If not, then it might be a toss-up between the two. I've stayed at WL 4-5 times and love it every time, and we're MK people so being so close is a huge draw.

How Much Of Your Vacation Do You Spend At Resort Hotel? Poll

I'm in the "only for sleeping and eating" camp, as the majority of every day in WDW is spent in the parks. The resort may have a pool, which is nice and good......but so do I, at home. So I don't see much need to spend time in the pool at the resort, when there are the water parks which are far...

DHS Star Wars Land announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

Personally, I'm still a big underwhelmed even with these new details. When I think Star Wars, and what they could do in a park, I'd like to walk around the Death Star.......not alien planet market places. The opportunity to pilot the Falcon is a good idea, and so is having a restaurant or...

    Boardwalk or Wilderness ?

Without hesitation or question......Wilderness Lodge. It's a much better resort than Boardwalk.

    Why is Stitch still there?

Every single attraction - particularly this current one - that has occupied that location in Tomorrowland has been crap. Just crap. My assumption is they would rather have something, anything in there that people will still check out (mainly because their kids will drag them into it) than let it...

    Favorite non-park thing to do

Riding the monorail - either MK or Epcot line - just for the heck of it. Exploring my resort. Playing cards or another game with family - particularly in the lobby of WL. Ride one of the launches from my resort to where-ever it goes (usually MK and one other resort) and back again. Catch the...

    Disney Scented Candles!!

Interesting......but I'm looking for Space Mountain Interior.

What is everyone's favorite WDW attraction and why?

Mine is Space Mountain......primarily for nostalgic reasons (the very first ride I can remember at WDW), but also because no matter how old it is, or its actual MPH, it's still a great ride every time. It's still the ride I hit the most on each visit.

Most bizarre things WDW has ever done.

You're right about that. The more the corporation gets away from Disney's early goals for these parks, the harder it is for those who wanted to see them or have had to watch them get thrown out for the almighty $.
